An amazing company, from the initial sales visit though to completion a service we would  100% recommend. Answered all queries and helped guide with the system app control and the best tariff export and import. I went through a lot of companies to find the right fit for what I was after and just so grateful to have found The Good Electrical Company. It was a pretty complicated system including panels across 5 roofs and  a large battery array and the whole design and installation was flawless, quite remarkable really given the spec. They even sourced some replacement tiles to fix some that were missing on my garage roof, just remarkable service from start to finish. Excellent service from start to finish!

We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From the initial quotation, which was refreshingly simple to understand, to the really helpful video that explained everything clearly without all the technical jargon, Oliver made the whole process incredibly straightforward.

The installation team were fantastic – friendly, efficient and really easy to deal with. They worked seamlessly around our roofers and scaffolding company, even contacting them directly to resolve positioning issues, and managed to fit an additional panel for us. They were also really flexible around us working from home and needing power throughout the day.

The handover has been equally impressive, with clear, straightforward paperwork and helpful guidance on changing energy tariffs and setting up our export payments. Oliver has also offered to continue monitoring our system to make sure we're getting the best possible performance from it.

We were recommended by our neighbours, who are still delighted with the service and aftercare 18 months on, which says a lot.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the new solar installation by The Good Electrical Company. The workmanship was excellent, and the whole team were so friendly, professional and lovely to have around.

I dealt mostly with Oli, who was brilliant throughout. Communication was always quick and clear, the pricing was completely transparent, and he took the time to talk us through the system/set ups and help us understand how best to make use of our new solar panels and battery. That support has been especially appreciated.

From start to finish, the whole experience has been fantastic. We genuinely can’t fault The Good Electrical Company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oli and the team.

A very professional team with high standards. They recently fitted a good quality solar system after an initial survey. The product was aesthetically pleasing, the cabling neat and tidy. We recently had The Good Electrical Company install a solar and battery system at our home, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Oli, who was the main person looking after the installation, was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain why certain things were being done, rather than just getting on with the job, which gave us a lot of confidence in the whole installation.

The workmanship was excellent, everything was done really neatly, and the team cleaned up properly when they finished.

The paperwork and documentation provided afterwards was also exceptional — honestly, it was the best I have ever seen from any company that has worked on our house. Everything was incredibly detailed, clear and professional.

Had a Tesla Powerwall 3 solar battery installed alongside 16 solar panels. Before quoting, Oliver came out and measured the roof and discussed the various options. Following this first visit, Oliver answered all my questions in a clear manner. There were no attempts to be salesy, which was appreciated. The install took 4 days and the team were friendly, efficient and took care with the property. Scaffolding was up for 8 days. I went with these guys after they did a really good job installing an EV charger a few years ago. They were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process, they are very knowledgeable about what to install and were able to answer any complex technical questions I had. They were also able to install an additional 4 panels compared to other local installers, due to the high quality mounting system they use. Outstanding service from a very professional and respectful team who went above and beyond for us! Communicated extremely well, making sure we understood and were happy with all parts of the process. Kept disruption to an absolute minimum, which was really appreciated, and delivered an amazing result - we are so happy with our system! Would highly recommend Ollie and the team to anyone :)
